Each of our locations has a highly skilled and dedicated doctor and nurse team with a passion for aged care. They are ready to assist with all aspects of personal care, from medications and pain management to disease management and emotional support, 24 hours a day.
Hospital care may be required permanently or only for an interim period, at which time residents may transition into another level of care within the care home—such as rest home care —if more acute needs are no longer present. Offering different levels of care means we can be responsive to the needs of each individual person and meet their needs as things change.
