All of our care homes have dedicated hospital care onsite, so that residents have the comfort and security of knowing they can be well supported, should care acuity needs increase. If you or your loved one has been assessed to require hospital care, we’re here and ready to assist.

Each of our locations has a highly skilled and dedicated doctor and nurse team with a passion for aged care, ready to assist with all aspects of personal care, from medications and pain management, to disease management and emotional support, 24 hours a day.

Hospital Care may be required on a permanent basis, or may be only needed for an interim period, at which time residents may transition into another level of care within the care home – such as rest home care if more acute needs are no longer present. Offering different levels of care means we can be responsive to the needs of each individual person to meet their needs and as things change.
