Applying for ACC Care

Once you have been approved for ACC Care (normally through your GP or medical provider following an injury), and chosen us as your care provider, there are several steps to setting up your care.

We follow a careful process to create a tailored support plan that is personalised to your needs, preferences and goals. From initial introductions, to building your personalised care plan and matching you with just the right care professional, the entire process is shaped around you.

Based on your needs and preferences (and your ACC assessment), your individual support plan will look different for each person.

We are committed to exceptional care and support, and endorse both the Code of Health and Disability Consumers’ Rights and Code of ACC Claimants’ Rights to guide our approach.
